Tomahawk’s cattle are high real blood breed 80%(F3) raised in high-standard Tomahawk’s farm. Feeding with grass and grain fed in semi-free environment throughout the life of cattle.

Aging for 14-20 days in storage condition at 2-4°C and 82%-85% RH (humidity) essentially controlled. This is to produce more tender texture and a distinct scent of Tomahawk’s signature grilled meat. Our meat is derived from Japanese style cutting which has certified experienced butcher from a standardized leading factory.
